基本信息： 郭熙铜，哈尔滨工业大学教授、博士生导师、电子健康研究所所长。 国家杰出青年科学基金获得者（2021），国家级高层次人才（2017），国家优秀青年科学基金获得者（2016），教育部新世纪优秀人才（2012）。 主要研究领域为电子健康，致力于构建适合我国国情的数字化医疗健康体系。研究成果应用于多地卫生机构。在MISQ、ISR、POM、JMIS等期刊发表学术论文70余篇。入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者。主持国家自然科学基金重点、优青、面上、青年等项目。 担任Internet Research、Electronic Commerce Research and Applications、管理科学学报（英文版）副编辑、《管理科学》管理信息系统领域主编。任第24届国际信息系统发展会议（ISD）程序主席（2015）。 参加2011年诺贝尔奖获得者经济学大会。培养的博士毕业生任教于西安交大、南开、北航等985高校。
