On 14 July 2025, Dr. Yadin Yue, Subodha Kumar Chair Professor and Distinguished Professor and Tencent Expert Researcher and Head of Quantum Algorithms in Tencent's Quantum Penguin group at the Temple University School of Business, USA, was invited to visit.

Professor Subodha Kumar is a Chair Professor and Distinguished Professor at Temple University School of Business, Deputy Editor of POM Journal, and President-Elect of POMS. During this visit, Prof Subodha Kumar and Prof Guo Xitong had an in-depth communication around the development trend of digital healthcare, and provided professional guidance and advice to some of the faculty members and students of the Institute on their research topics and research plans.

Dr Yading Yue is a senior practitioner in the field of quantum computing and digital technology convergence in China, and has led the Tencent quantum algorithm landing project, and has a number of technological breakthroughs in the field of quantum optimisation and quantum machine learning. During the visit, Dr Yading Yue provided in-depth guidance to a number of practical projects of the Institute of e-Health, especially in the core aspects of algorithm design and logical framework, and made key suggestions.
