On 11 July 2025, Associate Professor Dandan Qiao of National University of Singapore will be invited to visit INS and give a lecture entitled AI and Jobs: Has the Inflection Point Arrived? Evidence from an Online Labour Platform. Professor Qiao has published several papers in top international management journals such as MIS Professor Qiao has published several papers in top international management journals in UTD24, including MIS, Management Science, etc. His research focuses on empirical research and analysis.

Based on the data and model research of online labour platform, this academic report systematically reveals the dynamic impact of AI development on employment, which is of great academic and practical value for understanding the labour market changes under digital economy.

At the end of the report sharing, Professor Dandan Qiao focused on the preparation of international topical journals for submission and academic writing specifications, and at the same time discussed in depth how PhD students can balance research, life and long-term goals, which enhanced students' self-management ability on the academic path.
