On May 31, 2025, Professor Xitong Guo, PhD supervisor at the School of Management, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Director of the Institute of eHealth, was awarded the title of “Rising Star in Education.” Professor Guo upholds the educational philosophy of “unity and excellence, independence and confidence, advancing at the frontier, and grounding in practice.” He has trained 128 graduate students, with many PhD graduates now serving at leading universities in China. He has led 13 NSFC-funded projects and published over 150 papers in top international journals, while promoting digital health services across more than 20 provinces. In his lecture, Professor Guo also provided insightful guidance to students on their research directions and challenges, offering valuable advice for their academic development.
