On December 30, 2024, Professor Wu Liu, Head of the Department of Management and Marketing at the Faculty of Business, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, visited the Institute for e-Health at the Harbin Institute of Technology to engage in academic exchange. Professor Liu's research interests include leader-member and team dynamics on voice behavior, and under which social conditions that cross-cultural differences in conflict resolutions may appear or disappear.

    During the visit, Professor Liu held in-depth discussions with Professor Xitong Guo, Director of the Institute for e-Health, focusing on research innovation and talent development. He also met with several graduate students to offer guidance on research topics and academic planning. Through presentations and discussions, Professor Liu provided students with valuable insights and new research perspectives.
