The 9th Smart Aging and Smart Healthcare Development Forum will be held in Harbin (China) on July 14-15, 2023. The conference is organized by the School of  Management of Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) and the eHealth Research Institute. With the theme of Healthcare and Elderly Services in the Context of Digital Intelligence Transformation, this forum will focus on the frontier of the development of healthcare and elderly services disciplines, and deeply discuss key issues such as the construction of elderly services models, optimization of social resource dispatching for the elderly and the application of intelligent technologies in the context of digital intelligence; analyze theories and methods related to the construction and operation management of smart elderly service systems; and summarize the impact of digital intelligence on the allocation of social medical resources as well as the health behavior and health outcome of the elderly.
