AI-based intelligent management of childhood asthma

        In recent years, the cumulative prevalence of childhood asthma in China has reached more than 3%, and nearly 7 million children are being threatened by asthma. Although the medical level of asthma treatment has improved significantly, the overall control of childhood asthma in China is still unsatisfactory. To address this phenomenon, our institute intends to collaborate with children's hospitals to implement an AI-based intelligent management project for childhood asthma. The project aims to establish AI-based whole-process intelligent management of childhood asthma, covering the mass population, key population, diagnosed and recovered patients to realize whole-process standardized management of screening, diagnosis, treatment and recovery of asthma. The also intends to establish an intelligent diagnosis and risk warning model for childhood asthma, an AI-assisted recommendation algorithm for diagnosis and treatment plan, and a recommendation algorithm for diet and exercise for childhood asthma as well as implement an evaluation study on the effect of intelligent management interventions.
