Intelligent Hospital Outpatient Operation Data Prediction Platform Project

        As the reform of the medical and health care system enters a new phase, digital transformation can help improve the effectiveness of healthcare system services. In the practice of hospital management, scientific forecasting of indicators such as the number of outpatient visits, emergencies, discharges and admissions can help rationalize the allocation of resources such as clinical departments, staff and beds in hospitals and improve the efficiency of services. The Smart Hospital Outpatient Operation Data Prediction Platform aims to promote the practice of Internet+Medicine, integrating various disciplines such as medicine, data science and computer science to optimize services in terms of doctors, patients and processes, improve outpatient utilization and hospital efficiency, save hospital management costs and improve the patient care environment.  Based on big data analysis and statistical modeling methods, the outpatient volume of the hospital was predicted, which provided decision support for optimizing doctor scheduling, hospital transportation, checking department configuration, adjusting pharmacy and consumable reserve plan, payment window configuration, etc. The project results help to realize intelligent outpatient management, improve patient experience, enhance hospital management and improve the quality of medical services, and help the hospital to establish an integrated medical, service and management intelligent outpatient system.
