Since the establishment of the CNAIS, the National Convention has been held every two years to effectively promote the construction and development of information systems disciplines. From October 20 to 22, 2017, the CNAIS 2017 Academic Annual Meeting hosted by China Association and the School of Management of Fudan University was held at Guanghua and Shidai Building, Fudan University.

Ph.D Zhang Xiaofei reports on thesis

     On October 20, the General Assembly held a forum of young scholars. The Youth Forum is aimed at young teachers and senior doctoral students who have been employed for a short period of time. Experienced scholars who publish many papers in UTD journals introduce research methods and publication experiences of high-level papers. The forum included 8 doctoral students from City University of Hong Kong , The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Tsinghua University, Nanjing University, Xi'an Jiaotong University,  University of Science and Technology of China and Harbin Institute of Technology. Professors Wei Qiang from Tsinghua University, Prof. Peng Zhiwei from Peking University, Professor Lu Xianghua , Peng Zhiwei, Zhang Cheng from Fudan University, and Prof. Luo Jifeng from Shanghai Jiaotong University made comments as reviewer .

     Zhang Xiaofei, a Ph.D. student at HIT, who was jointly trained with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, was invited to attend the meeting and gave a paper presentation at the Youth Scholars Forum. His research on the motivation of online medical community users' participation was praised by review experts and his paper was awarded  “Best paper ” and received a cash prize of 3,000 yuan.
