On the afternoon 17th January, Professor Robert Ivory Webb from the United States visited the ehealth research institute. Professor Webb got his PhD Degree in finance from the Chicago University School of Business and is the Paul Tudor Jones II Research Professor at the McIntire School of Commerce of the University of Virginia. He has also served as a Senior Financial Economist at the Executive Office of the President, Office of Management and Budget, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in the United States. Professor Webb met with the ehealth research institute directors and students and shared his experience on literature and journal classification. He also discussed with Professor Vogel and Professor Guo about how to improve the academic research ability of PhD students and shared his own ideas and attitudes towards education of students. Agreement was reached to conduct academic cooperation and PhD student exchange in the future.
