Gregory R. Heim is an associate professor in the Information & Operations Management Department of Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Dr. Heim's research interests include traditional service operations, e-service operations, operations strategy, management of technology, quality management, mass customization, and retail supply chain management. This is his second visit to ehealth research institute, but this time companying with professor Pedro, the discussion and seminar get more communication.

Professor Greg and Professor Pedro hold the seminar entitled “Longitudinal Econometric Analysis of Inhibitors of Delivery Performance in Environmental Controls Manufacturing” in institute on August 7,2014. Professor Greg introduced and explained the paper’s review, hypothesis, data analysis, method, measurement and results in details, it’s a great opportunity for students to learn how to improve their research.

After that, Professor Pedro made a research report entitled “Accessing antecedents and outcomes of RFID implementation in heath care”, which conform to the theme of ehealth research institute and also expands students’ horizon.
