This project integrates multiple sources data for healthcare management at the Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). The objective is to provide the HIT community with the following services: 1) health evaluation; 2) chronic disease (e.g., hypertension and diabetes) early identification; 3) high risk disease early warning. It will also provide decision support for hospital physicians. The project will build a healthcare platform that integrates HIT hospital record data andwearable device data (as well as genenetic data and social media usage data in the future) for analysis based on our cutting edge health data analytics techniques, models, and healthcare service management mechanisms. After removing uncertainties and demonstrating the health and economic benefits, it is expected to be expanded to other areas, including Heillongjiang province, Shanghai Lujiazui, etc.
